Property Leasing and Asset Manager  

The Property Leasing and Asset Manager will be based in the JKL office in the Jabiru Town Plaza and will report directly to the CEO.

The immediate responsibility of the role is to oversee a new housing entity, Jabiru Property Services, which is a business unit of JKL responsible for the end-to-end management of more than 200 residential dwellings in Jabiru, including both long and short-term rentals. As the township of Jabiru evolves this role is also evolving and so we are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with an ambition and capacity to broaden their skills and to assume an increasing responsibility for planning, implementing and managing strategic capital projects as required. 

The position is full-time and remuneration will be based on applicants' skills and experience. Housing is provided with the role and flexible working arrangements can be considered. You must be an Australian citizen or resident with full Australian working rights.

Property Officer

This is a unique Property Officer role that offers the benefit of working for one owner. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the prime responsibility of the role is to assist with the operation of a new housing entity business function within JKL including the establishment of property management services in Jabiru for managing a large pool of houses as long term and short stay properties.
